I was really struggling with not only falling asleep but staying asleep through the night. I started using the Full Spectrum CBD Tincture by Flor Medica just before bed and let me tell you I sleep like a baby! I wake up refreshed and well rested without the foggy headed feeling I get with most store bought sleep aids. I am so happy I gave this a try. I also enjoy their delta8 gummies! I eat me one of those bad boys on my weekend cleaning day! They give me a very natural feeling boost of energy and put me in such a great mood.
