Return and Refund Policy for Flor Medica
Thank you for shopping at Flor Medica.
We take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our products, crafted to enhance your wellness journey. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If your product is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please email us at support@flormedica.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
