Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Restrictions: We do not ship Delta-8 products to the following states due to legal restrictions: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

THCA products are not shipped to: Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

CBD and other Hemp-Derived Cannabinoids are not shipped to: Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are limited to the United States, excluding the states mentioned above where certain products are restricted.

Damages

Flor Medica is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
